We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at Mindoro.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and cover for the Head Housekeeper and the Housekeeping team
  • Maintaining quality standards
  • Thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN ASSISTANT

  • Ensuring cleanliness in all rooms and public areas
  • Training and onboarding of new employees
  • Supervising and mentoring trainees and interns
  • Monitoring and overseeing external cleaning services (if applicable)
  • Ensuring smooth cooperation with all departments, including Engineering and Reception
  • Providing excellent guest service
  • Ordering and inventory management of cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and linens
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Proper handling of lost and found items
