Job Description

As an "HR IT SAP HCM Consultant Payroll (m/f/diverse)", you will be the competent contact person for the HR business in consulting and supporting SAP HCM systems with a focus on payroll (PY) and personnel administration (PA).

The position is to be filled at the Hannover and Schwalbach locations.


Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for process analysis and design, redesigning and optimizing business processes in the SAP HR/HCM context, as well as planning integration and user acceptance tests.
  • Your main focus will be on implementing business requirements. This includes implementing concepts and configuring payroll schemes and rules.
  • As part of various SAP HCM projects, you will be responsible for activities such as fitgap analysis, consulting, conceptualization, implementation, and customization, and may also be involved in project management.
  • In addition, you will provide consulting services for HR departments on SAP HCM issues and support 2nd and 3rd level support.

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or other engineering disciplines, or extensive professional experience
