    Description
    Thyme Care is a value-based oncology management platform that provides personalized, clinically coordinated care to individuals with cancer.

    Thyme Care pairs human guidance with software and analytics to engage members with a cancer diagnosis, quickly connect them to the right care, and provide ongoing support through targeted, evidence-based interventions.

    The company's unique approach establishes deep provider relationships and integrates with a health plan's existing infrastructure, coordinating value-driven care that leads to better outcomes, lower costs and an improved member experience.

    Backed with venture funding from Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Alley Corp, Frist Cressey Ventures, Casdin Capital and Bessemer, Thyme Care partners with health insurance plans and providers to extend the reach of high-quality cancer care through flexible value-based payment arrangements, including risk-based programs.


    YOUR ROLE


    In this role, you will own end-to-end product marketing efforts that enable Thyme Care to effectively communicate the value of its solution to Health Plans, our key growth audience.

    You will work collaboratively with sales, product and leadership teams to craft value messaging and positioning, develop buyer personas, build market and competitive intelligence, and enable the success of our sales team through the development of targeted marketing collateral.

    Within your first three months.

    Develop a deep understanding of the oncology landscape as it pertains to health plans.

    Work closely with the Growth (sales) team to strategize and develop customer-facing sales materials, including case studies, sell sheets and pitch decks.

    Develop and refine critical pieces of internal sales support collateral for easy reference, including resource repositories, FAQs etc.

    Within your first six months.


    Collaborate with product management, growth, and marketing counterparts to develop the next iteration of positioning and value messaging for the health plans audience.

    Use customer and market research to develop buyer personas that drive messaging and influence product and GTM strategy.

    Develop and own a competitive intel program as it relates to health plans and surface information to sales and leadership teams in a digestible, actionable way.

    Long-term.

    Act as the liaison between the Product and Growth teams, translating product features and roadmap into value-driven benefits language.
    Work with marketing leadership to help grow the marketing org, including participation in interview loops for new team members.

    Expertise. You have deep marketing experience and at least 3 years healthcare/healthtech product marketing experience. It's a given that you are an excellent and experienced writer.

    You've managed multiple stakeholders and are excited by the prospect of working collaboratively with sales, product and other functions to develop Thyme Care's positioning to health plans.

    Comfort with ambiguity. You have a proven track record of success within scaling businesses, fast-paced environments, and startups. You understand that rapid changes to the business, strategy, organization, and priorities is par for the course.
    Biased to action. You're a self-starter and don't need anyone to tell you when to do something.
