is hiring a

Production Manager (Weaving)

for one of our clients in the

Manufacturing

industry in Del Rio, TX for an on-site role.

Type of Employment:
Direct Hire

Client Industry:
Manufacturing

Provide necessary support resources and tools to staff.
Define and execute Training Programs.
Ensuring the performance and results of the department based on defined budgets.
Responsible for ensuring the execution, monitoring and maintenance of the procedures of the areas and Plant (Reports, Metrics, Behaviors, Safety)
Ensures the condition of personnel and equipment (Optimal Working Conditions).

Responsible for contributing to the improvement of the EMS / QMS and complying with the Quality and Environmental Policy, Company Procedures, Instructions and Policies.

Requirements
Experience in managing plant budgets.
Proficiency in PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology.
Ability to develop strategic improvement plans.
Skilled in project implementation.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Familiarity with core tools such as MSA (Measurement System Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), Control Plan, and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).

Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 systems.
Familiarity with fabric team and woven product development.
Understanding of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to continuous improvement.
