- Present line to key accounts, communicate pricing, orders, and shipping timelines
- Review and provide overview of monthly and annual sales, margin, and inventory goals set for each account to achieve corporate financial goals
- Drive the execution of the allocation process and inventory management to assist in managing basic inventory levels to meet or exceed sales, gross margin and inventory goals
- Collaborate with buyers and Sales team on orders to ensure that all orders execute the approved shipping guidelines required by each customer
- Responsible for managing all aspects of inventory management to ensure we have the right amount of product coming in for each shipping month
- Collaborate with design team to review best and worst sellers, trends, and provide guidance for future sku plans and inspiration based off customer feedback
- Work with production team to review costing to ensure margin goals are met and inbound shipment schedules to maintain customer deliveries
- Prepare and maintain inventory lists for all brands
- Coordinate processing orders and tracking shipments to ensure orders are placed and orders are arriving on time
- Coordinate open order process with internal teams and communicate updates to manager
- Maintain internal projection file and communicate updates on a weekly basis
- Shop market for trend inspiration, competitor price-points and new to market items
- Prepare showroom for meetings with accounts
- BA or BS preferred
- 2+ years' wholesale sales experience
- Moderate Excel skills
- Experience managing accounts and maintaining strong partnerships
- Ability to multitask, have a high sense of urgency, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Very organized and detail oriented
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Ability to work with associates at all levels
- Ability to work on a team and independently with limited supervision required

The Associate Account Executive will oversee day-to-day functions for various sock brands and interact daily with a variety of off-price accounts. They will also work with Design, Production, Costing, Marketing, Operations and Warehousing teams to help oversee all aspects of the business.
