    RER Solutions, Inc., is accepting resumes for an Information Management Specialist to join our superior workforce. The Information Management Specialist will analyze business and information operations, programmatic issues, and provide advice and recommendations to the Government.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide subject matter expertise on program and project
    • Use subject-matter knowledge and judgment related to program and project to carry out tasks and requests
    • Coordinate and assist with questions related to the contract or project
    • Coordinate and enter data into appropriate systems
    • Survey the Federal Housing Finance Agency's (FHFA) and Chief Operating Officer's (OCCO) internal intranet website to locate sources of OCOO services and information and business operations available to employees
    • Compile, catalog, and analyze information and services
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine whether information needs to be retained, updated, or removed within FHFA records and information management guidelines
    • Categorize information by defined parameters using user experience best practices
    • Provide recommendations on the best method to post information for end-user accessibility and efficient delivery of services and information
    • Work with the website team to update information in the agreed-upon manner
    • Work with IT specialists and other accessibility experts to ensure 508 compliance of all digital communications interfaces and platforms
    • Perform SharePoint Development and Information Management support tasks outlined in this PWS
    Requirements:
    • Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust
    • Proficiency to perform moderately complex (journey-level) work
    • Knowledge of SharePoint architecture and administration (but not required)
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of fundamental business writing
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

    EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree

    COMPENSATION: Includes paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, 401k matching, life insurance, health, vision, and dental benefits
