The Role
Senior Manager, Digital Strategy at Genmab emphasizes leading the digital strategy for EPKINLY, the company's first hematology product launch in the U.S.
This crucial position involves direct reporting to the Associate Director of Digital Strategy and requires close collaboration within the US Marketing & Sales Team, across various teams at Genmab, and with alliance partners.
The role presents a significant opportunity to influence the digital direction of a leading biotech company in a pivotal project.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting and driving the brand's significant indication launch and its comprehensive yearly omni-channel strategy.
Your success will hinge on your expertise in digital and media strategy, your competence in channel execution, and your deep understanding of marketing and data operations.
Crucial to this role is your familiarity with the pharma/biotech sector, particularly in oncology, and your ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving organizational landscape.

This role will be based out of our Princeton, NJ Office.
Responsibilities
Act as the key media and digital strategy authority, working collaboratively with the US Marketing & Sales Team, cross-functional teams at Genmab, and our US alliance partners.
Integrate media strategies fluidly into our comprehensive omni-channel and product brand plans.Develop and implement media and tactical plans, ensuring alignment with Genmab's overall brand vision and strategy.
Supervise and prioritize media data management, including contract negotiations, data capture, and developing measurement strategies from the beginning.
Regularly incorporate insights from various departments like Operations, Privacy, Data Science, Regulatory, and IT.
Innovate and lead outstanding approaches in collaborations with third-party partners, striving to improve customer experience.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and media opportunities, applying standard methodologies throughout Genmab.
Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators, reporting directly to the US Marketing & Sales Team.
Handle project timelines, budgets, and crucial outcomes, ensuring readiness for new indication launches and adherence to annual brand planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree is a plus.
At least 8 years of shown professional experience in Pharma/Biotech.
Experience in oncology/hematology marketing or related therapeutic areas is advantageous.
Strong expertise in digital, media, and omni-channel strategy and execution.
Comprehensive understanding of cross-functional collaborations required for sophisticated omni-channel initiatives.
Demonstrable knowledge in media, marketing, data operations, and data privacy.
Skilled in groundbreaking marketing technologies supporting digital experiences, automation, and data analytics.
Proven track record to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects concurrently.
Dynamic and adaptable approach to handling sophisticated challenges in a constantly evolving business environment.
Previous experience in startup environments or emerging pharma sectors is desirable.
For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$120,000.00$200,000.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
