Healthcare Valuation
Manager to join Withum's Forensic and Valuation Services Group.

The Healthcare Valuation Manager can be based out of
any of our U.S.

office locations (New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Boston, MA; Braintree, MA; Woburn, MA; Princeton, NJ; Whippany, NJ; East Brunswick NJ; Red Bank, NJ; Saddle Brook, NJ; Providence, RI; Baltimore, MD; Bethesda, MD; Nashville, TN; Boca Raton, FL; Orlando, FL; San Diego, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Orange County, CA; San Francisco, CA; San Ramon, CA; Portland, OR; or Seattle, WA) or
remotely within the U.S.


The Manager will work on a variety of assignments, including taking substantial responsibility of overseeing and performing valuation and compensation valuation opinions related to a wide variety of healthcare entities including; single and multi-specialty physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, hospital/hospital departments, physical therapy centers, home healthcare companies, and other healthcare entities.

How You'll Spend Your Time:


  • Overseeing and performing valuation, consulting and advisory services relating to healthcare entities
  • Overseeing and performing the analysis of compensation arrangements for healthcare entities to include; clinical service, coverage arrangements, physician executive services, etc.
  • Overseeing and performing purchase price allocations for financial and tax reporting purposes
  • Overseeing and performing the analysis of physician compensation arrangements, lease arrangements, etc. in order to be Stark and Anti-Kickback compliant
  • Taking an active role in business development, client management, and project management

The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or similar quantitative discipline
  • 5+ years of performing valuation related services.
  • Indepth understanding of valuation methods such as discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transactions, etc.,
  • Must hold valuation related certification including ASA, CVA, ABV, CEIV, or CFA
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Capital IQ and MGMA and AMGA databases preferred
  • Capacity to work independently on projects
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
California/Washington State ranges are from $110,000 - $150,000
Washington, D.C. ranges are from $110,000 - $150,000
NYC ranges are from $110,000 - $150,000
