YOUR SCHEDULE
This full-time BCBA role is considered a hybrid position.


YOUR DAY


As a Hybrid BCBA - Behavioral Therapy Specialist, you coordinate program services under the guidance of our regional clinic director.

Your day kicks off with assessments and treatment plan development, guaranteeing precise implementation of interventions to uplift our clients.

You thrive on building robust relationships with families and guiding future learning and independence, all while mentoring staff and RBTs for stellar clinical outcomes.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members ensures a smooth continuum of care. Your analytical prowess shines as you collect and graph behavioral data, fueling assessments and interventions. You showcase our commitment to excellence and compassion in every interaction by upholding agency policies and procedures.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's degree
  • Possess current BCBA certifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in practice management system (Central Reach preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
