Lumos Learning is looking for a "Customer Success Manager" who could communicate effectively with our customers, provide engaging product training, assist in the timely resolution of issues, and share periodic product updates.
There are two main objectives:
driving customer retention via usage and nurturing growth by building relationships.
You will have opportunities to create and execute new training programs, processes, initiatives, talk tracks, negotiation strategies and customer-engagement campaigns.
This role needs someone who likes to roll up their sleeves, approach challenges with a level-head, and will have the determination to figure it out and get it done.
And you'll be motivated to come to work everyday because you'll know that what you do will directly impact student achievement and teacher productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Training and Onboarding Customers
- Create engaging curriculum to train the teachers and admins
- Drive product usage
- Testing product enhancements
- Troubleshooting customers issues and providing a timely resolution
- Provide trusted advice to customers and build relationships
- Participate in development of product collaterals such as whitepapers and videos
- Represent the company at professional events and customer meetings
Skills
- 1 or more years of Customer Service experience and/or Trainer experience.
- Demonstrated experience in creating engaging training programs to support L&D
- Prior familiarity with professional presentations both inperson and video format
- Experience working with technology products.
- K12 experience would be a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Eager to learn, experiment and drive results.
Benefits
- Fixed compensation range is $40k$70k per year
- Commissions are additional
