    Marketing/Business Development Manager, ESD
    Jobpurpose

    The primary responsibility of the EndosurgicalBusiness Development Manager is to understand and define our internaland external endosurgical customers' clinical needs, assist with thedevelopment and implementation of clinical studies and educationalsolutions, and help to build a commercialization/sales pipeline as itrelates to Fujifilm's endosurgical portfolio.

    In this role,additionally, to build and nurture relationships with clinicalcustomers as it relates to participating in clinical studies, theincumbent is responsible for supporting the product management groupincluding but not limited to market research, product development,product launch, product changes, post-market surveillance, and productobsolescence.

    Duties and responsibilities
    Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (clinical andeconomic) at a predetermined number of accounts nationally.

    Create a strategic plan for each key opinion leader to includepotential clinical study engagement, educational/speakingopportunities, hands on and educational symposiums and otherengagement activities.

    Support the sales organization inbuilding a commercialization/sales pipeline for products andtechnologies within the endosurgical portfolio.
    Identifyand help evaluate opportunities to support clinical research andstudies.

    Work closely with the Health Care Practitioner's(HCP's) at predetermined number of accounts and with Product Marketingto create white papers or technique spotlights as well as working withHCP's as it relates to customer educational events (hands on courses,etc.) to increase awareness of Fujifilm's technologies.

    Manage and facilitate key hands-on courses by engaging with the HCPleads to align on objectives and ensure equipment needs to supportdesired training outcomes.

    This also includes managing andcoordinating Fujifilm attendance, communication, and hands-onfacilitation.
    Establish routine visits to the account(s)for pre-arranged meetings/discussions on above- mentioned initiatives.

    In some instances, this individual may be asked to supportin servicing or supporting a key account in the role of a clinicalspecialist (if the organization is resource constrained).

    Partner with the product management group including but not limited toall phases of the product lifecycle (e.g., product development,product launch, product changes, and product obsolescence).

    Define the clinical and economic needs of our customers (i.e., ASC andhospitals, and academic centers, community hospitals etc.) based onfeedback from the field and customers.

    Understand thehealthcare systems, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes in thevarious geographies within the United States.
    Comply withall applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medicaldevice regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standardrequirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, andstandards.
    Qualifications
    BA/BS orequivalent, preferably with a degree related to healthcare or biologyor equivalent experience.
    Minimum 5+ years inendosurgical(Surgical Endoscopy / MIS) field and strong clinicalbackground.
    Minimum 5+ of medical device industryexperience in a clinical capacity (i.e., clinical demonstration andeducation).
    Prior experience with capital equipment inendosurgical field desired but not required.
    Prior businessdevelopment desired but not required.
    Strong customerorientation.
    Strong communication skills- presentation,written, and oral.
    Must have strong interpersonal skillsand a demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse range ofindividuals.
    Proven ability to lead complexprojects/initiatives.
    Strong analytical skills andcommitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    Capable of effectively managing multiple deadlines and projects.
    Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving situations and needs Strongcommitment to delivering high-quality work and upholding FHCUS'values.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,and Outlook.
    Must be able to lift heavy objects of 50lbs.+
    Possess driver's license.
    Availability tofrequently travel, including evenings and weekends.
    Thefollowing qualifications are desirable, but not mandatory:Knowledge /familiarity with gastroenterology, general, colorectal, thoracicsurgeries, and/or pulmonology, related products, andprocedures.
    Management and/or leadership experience.
    Knowledge of UnitedStates healthcare systems and dynamics.
