- Creating and delivering presentations to customers and stakeholders.
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions, and finalizing contracts.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on client investments and projects.
- Utilizing DWT's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to track potential business opportunities.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales
- Preference given to candidates with knowledge of the wind industry or a technical background
- Familiarity with the sales process and dynamics
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM tools
- Valid Driver's License

As a member of the Business Development team, the Business Development Manager is tasked with overseeing all sales and business development initiatives for DWT's Specialized in the USA. This includes identifying new customers and generating leads within the wind industry, conducting regular travel for client and site visits, preparing bids/proposals, reviewing and negotiating contracts, as well as representing DWT at conferences and trade shows.
