In my professional experience, I have gained valuable skills and expertise in the banking industry that I believe would be beneficial for teaching English in Thailand. As a Client Relationship Specialist III in Healthcare Banking, I honed my ability to prioritize workloads, manage expenses, and ensure customer satisfaction. In my role as a Portfolio Manager, I analyzed client risks, created compelling presentation packages, and confidently answered inquiries. Serving as a Commercial Lending Assistant, I reviewed loan documents, facilitated smooth transactions, and provided exceptional customer service. As a Personal Banker, I assisted clients in managing their accounts, offering financial advice, and recommending suitable products. Additionally, my experience as a Bank Teller and Floater Bank Teller allowed me to excel in transactional services while maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude. I believe that my diverse skill set, including financial analysis, customer service, and workload management, will enable me to make a positive impact on students' English language journeys in Thailand.

I graduated from an innovative, project-based, Apple Distinguished high school that instilled in me a love for creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. After high school, I enrolled in the University of Tulsa to pursue majors in international business, accounting, and finance. However, amidst the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, I made the decision to take a step back from my studies and dive into the workforce, specifically in the field of banking. This experience allowed me to gain invaluable practical knowledge and sharpen my skills in finance, account management, and customer satisfaction. Although my college education was temporarily put on hold, I am determined and committed to returning to complete my degree. The combination of my high school's innovative learning environment and my university majors equips me with a unique set of skills that will greatly benefit.
