    Description

    Summary of Job:

    The Customer Operations Specialist will leverage their knowledge and practical understanding of Payment/Invoice systems such as Chargify, , and Salesforce CPQ/Billing as it relates to invoice generation, product configuration, payment reconciliation and improvement for a rapidly evolving SaaS organization.

    This position will be based out of our Austin, TX office and is a hybrid role that will work 2 days per week in the Austin office.


    Description of Job Duties:


    Maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records and reportsProcesses payments via multiple channels such as Chargify, Salesforce and Bill.comHandles communication both written and via telephone regarding payment and compensationMatches the corresponding payment reports to participant records with all supporting documentationInvestigates and resolves problems associated with processing of paymentsAssists with monthly status reports, and monthly closingsCoding invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests, etc.

    , with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into payment softwareWork with customers that are late or defaulted on paymentsReceives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate personsExcellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal communication and critical thinking skillsSupport deployment and post-implementation testing/validation of configuration changes and releases for new products within Salesforce/ChargifyPartner with business stakeholders and project managers to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve business needsFocus on user experience, solving business issues and ensure data accuracy across the systemPerform month-end support dutyOther duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience:
    • 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting experienceHigh degree of intellectual curiosity to expand knowledge base and put learning to action with the aim of impacting the top and bottom line of the businessStrong service and solutions oriented approachComfortable working with cross functional teams in Sales, Customer Success and FinanceHave ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter expertsPreferred Skills and Experience:Prior Salesforce experience highly preferredChargify or experience preferred
