    About Reimagine

    Reimagine is dedicated to helping individuals turn challenges into opportunities for personal growth, using the science of Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG). We provide a wide range of virtual experiences, organize large-scale arts festivals, and are developing a technology platform focused on healing and growth (think of it as a positive social media platform).

    Company Background

    Established in 2016 as a result of an IDEO project, Reimagine has expanded its presence through key partnerships in New York and San Francisco, and has been honored with recognition in Fast Company's 2019 World-Changing Ideas Awards.

    Future Direction

    Our upcoming goals include strengthening the impact of our virtual programs, establishing local chapters in major U.S. cities, and officially launching our Growth Journeys Platform to increase our annual budget to around $2.5 million.

    JOB OPPORTUNITY: Business Development & Fundraising Partner

    Role Summary:

    Collaborate with top management to elevate our effectiveness and sustainability. Your tasks will involve managing donor relationships, creating grant proposals based on established connections, and coordinating communication with key funders.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Build and oversee donor and strategic alliances.
    • Compose and present grant applications.
    • Develop and implement funder engagement plans.
    • Maintain fundraising data and produce performance evaluations.
    • Contribute to event planning and execution.

    Qualifications and Skills Required:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 4-5 years' background in fundraising or business development.
    • Excellent writing, communication, and project management abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is desirable. Familiarity with Asana is a plus.
    • Dedication to inclusive and fair practices.

    Location & Travel:
