    Queen's Price Chopper – Customer Service Lead Position

    Full-Time

    The primary purpose of a Customer Service Lead is to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. A Customer Service Lead is responsible for greeting customers and assisting them as necessary, providing fast, friendly and accurate check out services, handling refunds and returns. Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred, but will train the right candidate.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Observe all store rules and company policies.
    • Maintain a neat, well groomed personal appearance at all times and observe company dress regulations.
    • Greet all customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service.
    • Observe shift -operating hours at all times as scheduled by department manager.
    • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation standards in compliance with store policies.
    • Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
    • Perform other duties as requested by management.

    Position Requirements:
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent preferred.
    • Prior work experience preferred but not required.
    • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
