ABOUT THE ROLE

As a pivotal team player, you will be on the go to customer locations ensuring top-notch work quality from our technical team, nurturing customer connections, and overseeing the upkeep of installation, servicing, and repair processes for intricate equipment and building control systems. Your stellar finesse with remote access to building management systems will be key to troubleshoot any operational hurdles swiftly and effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Resource planning to deliver tailored solutions effectively.
Monitoring labor dispatch results to ensure project readiness.
Defining service scope in collaboration with customers and sales.
Tracking costs and optimizing parts and labor dispatch.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors for seamless service site visits.
Managing customer expectations and finalizing invoicing diligently.
Conducting data analysis for informed decision-making.
Partnering with Account Managers for client interactions and sales events.

This role involves travel across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We've got you covered with a corporate credit card, phone, and rental car. You only need to bring your essentials as minimal equipment/tools are required. Your trusty laptop will be your companion during on-site visits.

YOU MUST HAVE:

High School diploma or equivalent
4+ years of direct customer interaction experience
Minimum 2 years of technical support on-site or remotely
At least 1 year of hands-on expertise in building automated systems and controls

Certification in building controls for HVAC and lighting
Commitment to upholding exceptional standards
Outstanding communication skills
PMP certification
