    Job DescriptionLHH is seeking a detail oriented Admin Assistant for a client located in the Indianapolis, IN area. The position is a indefinite contract with no set end date. The ideal candidates will have recent invoicing, AP/AR, and administrative experience. Please see details below and apply today

    Responsibilities:
    • Greet customers and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression.
    • Perform meticulous data entry tasks with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Manage the preparation and processing of invoices efficiently and accurately, maintaining organized records.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests from the maintenance team, facilitating smooth communication and resolution of issues.
    • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for maintenance-related tasks, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
    • Assist with general administrative duties as needed, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the office.
    • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.


    Qualification:
    • 2+ years of recent experience as an administrative assistant in an office setting
    • Accounts payable/receivable experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft office
    Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
