    Position Details:

    • Job Title: Administrative Assistant
    • Company: IU Health
    • Department: Emergency Administration
    • Location: Riley Children's Hospital
    • Schedule: Full Time, 8:00am - 4:30pm (flexible), Monday - Friday

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Provide basic administrative and technical support for leaders and teams they support.
    • Manage schedules/calendars, coordinate meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for leaders.
    • Accurate data entry of report information.
    • Accurate entry and completion of time, attendance, and payroll for staff on behalf of leaders.
    • Creation of PowerPoints for various projects.
    • Strong ability to multitask.
    • Process invoices and handle inquires as appropriate.
    • Manage work with basic guidance and direction.
    • Address basic administrative and technical issues when they arise.

    What You Will Need:

    • A High School Diploma/GED.
    • 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred.
    • Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
    • Strong proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
