    We are seeking a competitive and numbers-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

    Responsibilities

    · Research and qualify new leads

    · Make outbound calls to potential customers

    · Explain and demonstrate features of products and services

    · Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities

    · Close sales and achieve sales targets

    · Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers

    · Route qualified opportunities to appropriate Territory Sales Managers as needed

    Requirements

    Who YOU are

    · Able to work independently and see tasks through to completion.

    · Comfortable working as part of a team.

    · A good communicator – both verbally and in writing.

    · Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

    · Detail-oriented and organized.

    Requirements

    · High school diploma or GED

    · Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

    · Strong verbal and written skills

    · Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask

    · Excellent phone and cold calling skills

    · Exceptional customer service skills
