Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze potential markets and customers
• Conduct research to identify new leads and potential customers
• Make outbound sales calls to prospects and follow up on leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with customers
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales objectives

Experience:

• Proven experience in the truck industry, sales or outside sales is preferred
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Experience in account management and customer relationship management
• Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software

$100, $300,000.00 per year
