- Answer customers inbound calls a timely, friendly manner.
- Identifying the client's needs and scheduling appointments.
- Placing outbound phone calls to potential leads ex: open recalls, etc.
- Contacting customers prior to their appointment date to confirm appointment.
- Follow up their visit to ensure they were satisfied with their visit.
- On occasion email or mail marketing letters to potential leads, ex: haven't been in for service in over a year, etc.
- Ensuring all clients concerns and questions are answered prior to their appointment date such as cost, warranty questions, appointment duration,etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Valid driver's license.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate solutions to others.
- CDK/ADP experience a plus but not mandatory
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, and MVR.
