    About the opportunity:

    As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and culture by championing a proactive and innovative Recruiting team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will be leading and supporting executive and senior level recruiting as well as supporting our recruiting load globally. This role reports into the Head of Global People Operations, you will collaborate closely with our Head of Global DEI, Senior Business Leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to identify staffing needs, build robust pipelines, and drive recruitment strategies that align with our company values and objectives.

    The day to day:
    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse candidates across all levels and functions.
    • Manage and deliver Executive and Sr. Leadership recruiting
    • Partner with senior leadership to understand talent needs and proactively anticipate future hiring demands.
    • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage broad pools of candidates from underrepresented groups.
    • Develop and deliver Early Career programs and processes in partnership with business and HR Partners.
    • Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
    • Leverage and grow relationships with external partners, including diversity-focused organizations, professional associations, and educational institutions, to enhance our recruitment efforts.
    • Support the delivery and management of our external employer brand including utilization of Social platforms
    • Accountable for the success of DEI recruiting initiatives within the organization and for adoption and application of inclusive hiring practices.
    • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for conducting unbiased interviews and selecting top talent.
    • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices in talent acquisition, diversity, and inclusion to ensure our recruitment practices remain competitive and progressive.
    What you'll bring to the role:
    • Minimum of 13 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in recruiting diverse candidates across multiple disciplines and levels.
    • 3+ years of executive recruiting
    • 3+ years of managing recruiting function including strategy setting
    • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their application in the recruitment process.
    • Experience developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced and evolving organization.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in utilizing Workday ATS and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and track candidate progress.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and drive results.

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.

    The pay range for this position is below:

    •175, ,000 per year in New York

    Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
