Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Team at Warner Music Group is responsible for partnering with the business to identify and recruit top talent across the business, ranging from early career opportunities to senior level roles.
The team advises the business on Talent Acquisition best practices and approaches, with a strong focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.

Here you'll get to:
- Schedule meetings for TA team members (inperson and virtual via Google Meet)
- Book conference rooms and ensure equipment is properly set up (Google Meet, phone, video conference)
- Respond to requests from talent acquisition partners and internal clients in a timely fashion
- Code and submit TA invoices and expenses for processing
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Maintain and update reports and other team resources. Organize team assets and distribute amongst the broader People Team as needed.
- Support the broader TA team on additional duties and projects assigned on an asneeded basis (e.g., offer letter generation; background checks, etc.)
- Provide adhoc support for SVP of Talent Acquisition and SVP of Talent Strategy on an asneeded basis
- Support other People Team members on other projects as needed
About you:
- 1+ year/s experience providing administrative support in fastpaced, highvolume environment, ideally in a Talent Acquisition capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management or related discipline preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite including Gmail, Sheets, Slides, & Docs
- You have excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- You have a courteous and friendly demeanor and ability to maintain a high degree of integrity
We'd love it if you also had:
- Experience navigating applicant tracking systems (ATS), like Workday
- Great communication skills (verbally and in writing)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to juggle multiple, timesensitive responsibilities in a fastpaced environment
