- Utilize your expertise to determine which HR data can be archived or deleted
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with data analytics strategies and standards across HR.
- Guide decision-making processes, providing insights and recommendations based on deep understanding of HR, HCM and business requirements.
- Contribute to the development of data analytics strategies and governance structures, translating them into actionable initiatives.
- Maintain and update data analytics roadmaps and standards across HR.
- Anticipate and educate others on data analytics trends, benefits, and risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect information and access documentation.
- Demonstrate domain expertise in human resources processes and HCM systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive data analytics experience.

Our client is about to start a very large project and needs an HR Data Governance Lead to guide data readiness efforts for a cutting-edge HCM implementation. We're seeking a Senior Data Governance Specialist with a keen understanding of HR processes and best practices. This is a unique opportunity to lead large-sized projects and drive impactful business improvements through innovative data solutions.
