Regional IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

What will be your responsibilities?


  • As a support specialist, you will use your expertise to assist teams in need of support due to staff absences or new location setups, such as in Frankfurt am Main, Hanau, Lahn-Dill-Kreis, Frankenthal, or Heppenheim – and of course, you will be provided with a company car for this purpose
  • You will provide on-site support for our end customers in the education, university, and government sectors
  • Main tasks include customer support, troubleshooting, installations, software distribution, Hyper-V, VMWare, and network analysis
  • Documenting core facts locally and in service desk systems
  • The main focus will be on technical areas such as Windows client and server infrastructure, network issues,
