At our two-track private Montessori elementary and middle school in Lauf a. d.

Pegnitz, we work in mixed-age learning groups, offering full-day and half-day options, as well as a specialized after-school program for our elementary students.

Our educational concept includes practical learning experiences at external locations and through creative projects.

In each learning group, our students are taught by a team of two educators, consisting of a teacher and a pedagogical specialist.


We are currently seeking a dedicated subject teacher (m/f/d) for "Nutrition and Social Studies (NS)" and "Crafts and Design (CD)" with approximately 16 teaching hours for our middle school starting in the 2024/25 school year.

The position is initially limited until the end of the school year with the possibility of permanent employment.


Your profile:

  • You enjoy working with and interacting with children
  • You prefer a work environment that allows for personal development
  • You are flexible with your schedule and able to teach in the afternoons
  • You are a trained subject teacher for nutrition and design, ideally with a second state examination
  • We also welcome career changers, such as those with a degree in nutrition or a master's degree in the relevant field. Approval from the government of Middle Franconia and proof of pedagogical aptitude are required for employment, which can be obtained through further education while working.
