    Description

    Description:

    • Will make 100+ outbound calls per day to collect on past due self pay claims directly from patients
    • Answer patient questions regarding billing, setting up payment plans and other financial options
    • Will need to explain patient benefit packages over the phone as well as working through basic denials with insurance
    • will cover for the customer service department when they are not doing collections on the bilingual Spanish line
    • Majority of their calls will be in Spanish need to be fluent

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years experience with EOBs and Denials
    • Fluent bilingual Spanish
    • 1+ years of Self-Pay collections
