    Description

    Description:

    -Will make 100+ outbound calls per day to collect on past due self pay claims directly from patients

    -Answer patient questions regarding billing, setting up payment plans and other financial options

    -Will need to explain patient benefit packages over the phone as well as working through basic denials with insurance

    -Will cover for the customer service department when they are not doing collections on the bilingual Spanish line

    -Majority of their calls will be in Spanish *need to be fluent*

    Qualifications:

    Must Haves

    1-2 Years of Self-Pay Collections Experince

    1-2 years of experience explaining benefits over the phone to patients (EOBs)

    Bilingual in Spanish

    Hours:

    Monday - Friday

    8AM - 5PM
