Munich Re Specialty Group North America (MRSG N.A.) is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as we grow.

As part of Munich Re Group, we are a unique organization providing expertise in specialty and marine lines of insurance as well as surety risks and customs bonds with in-house claims solutions.

We are seeking a full time
Collections Representative to join the Shared Services division as a hybrid employee in our Schaumburg, IL office reporting to the Service Operations Manager, Billing & Collections.

Job Profile

Manage assigned account portfolio
Perform duties in accordance with department guidelines and procedures
Document collections activities
Respond to internal and external requests in a timely manner.
Review reports, account activity and prepare correspondence
Process premium write offs, within authority
Consistently meet established productivity and quality standards
Complete other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

High School, Associates degree; or equivalent
Authority levels limited to write off and disbursement policy and grid
