$18.00/hr plus Monthly Bonuses up to $600-$1,000
Calling all collections representatives If you have previous collections experience we want to talk to you We are looking to hire people who have made a high volume of outbound calls, arent hesitant to pick up the phone, and want to find solutions to past-due payments.

Requirements of the Collections Representative:
6+ months of collections experience is required
Ability to provide above and beyond service
Problem solves independently
Confidence in hitting metrics, KPIs and goals
Experience working with various computer programs
Responsibilities of the Collections Representative:
Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments
Assist the customer with finding the best payment plan for them
Update your co-workers and supervisors during weekly meetings
Accurately record customer information into their accounts
