    Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Account Services Specialist to join our busy Mailroom/Print ShopThe Account Services Specialist is an integral part of our in-house printshop/mailroom, At Once Printing.

    The Account Services Specialist will work closely with the other staff of At Once Printing as well as the Corporate Communications Department to fulfill orders for customers.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service experience, keen attention to detail, and thrive in a team setting.

    The role provides opportunities to collaborate with a variety of teams across the organization and develop long-term relationships with outside customers and vendors.

    This is an on-site position reporting to our printshop/mailroom at our Bedford Park, IL corporate headquarters.


    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Be a point of contact for customers to ensure print and mail needs are met in a timely mannerTrack, trace, and keep accurate record of shipments and mailingsMaintain internal logs and up-date systems as neededProvide additional backup support for shipping and receiving departmentsEngages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitudeAssist with printing, binding, collating, processing, and preparing printed materialsSort batches and mailing and prepare for delivery or shipmentTrack inventory, order supplies, and contact machine vendors for service as neededRun weekly and monthly reportsQualifications/Skills:Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skillsWillingness to take initiative and work independentlyExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to multitask and handle multiple projects with skill and flexibilityStrong computer skills and technical aptitude with willingness to learn new systemsProficiency with MS Office, Adobe AcrobatRequirements:High school diploma, GED, or equivalentValid Driver's LicenseAbility to lift 25 lbs.
