Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Executive Assistant for managing partner of law firm currently located in Aventura that will be relocating in the near future to the Fort Lauderdale area. The Executive Assistant will act as a vital support to the managing partner and must possess strong organizational and communication skills. The Executive Assistant should have a friendly, positive, outgoing yet confident attitude necessary to support the managing partner.
Executive Assistant responsibilities for this position include:
· Interfacing with staff, clients and assistants of clients.
· Coordinating calendars and schedules; setting meetings and teleconference calls.
· Following up on pending matters with clients and law firm staff.
· Implementing marketing activities.
Job Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience:
· 5-10 years of strong administrative experience in a corporate setting
· Experience supporting a senior executive in a one-on-one support role is desirable
· Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
· High level of diplomacy, discretion, and excellent judgment
· Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow through
· Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
· Fluent in English and Spanish (in writing and speaking)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35, $60,000.00 per year
