    This is an In-Office position

    Mawer Capital and ROI Machines is world famous with high level biz partners and brand connections such as Hollywood celebs, Movie stars, Professional Athletes, and big US brands.

    And now we've opened a second office on Miami Beach, Florida
    This is a rapidly changing, influential position covering multiple aspects of the business in which flexibility adaptability is needed. This is a very fast paced and challenging work environment that is not for everyone.

    This position is ideal for someone who is at the point in their life in which they are prioritizing their career and professional growth, is motivated to win, and want to be apart of a team striving to get to the next level.


    The Role covers the following responsibilities:
    Setting budgets
    Generating financial reports on all expenses/costs/transactions.
    Overseeing expenditures and 2000+ transactions per month
    Managing disputes and refunds
    Checking all deposits in our payment processes (stripe etc) get dispensed into the bank account.
    Contacting clients and businesses for owed invoices, sending warning letters, and working with attorney for clients past due
    Supervising virtual assistant
    Optimizing credit card rewards points

    Must be highly skilled in:
    Mathematics
    Data
    Spreadsheets and formulas (this will be tested before hiring)
    Graphs
    Quickbooks
    Basic finance models
    Projections
    Some light weekends/evenings required when there are events, special projects, company retreats, etc.
