Responsibilities:
Coordinate with external accountants and tax accountants (3rd parties).
Oversee all financial aspects of the business and drive financial strategy and planning.
Assess the financial performance of the company and manage risks and investments.
Provide financial reports to the CEO, COO, Executive, and Leadership Team.
Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
Conduct financial analysis of actual and budgeted performance.
Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements and reports.
Create and maintain KPIs to maximize financial performance.
Coordinate business intelligence tools with the IT and Analytics team.
Perform financial analyses to address department financial issues.
Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
8+ years of related experience.
US CPA strongly desired; MSc/MA or other relevant qualifications are a plus.
Proven experience as a finance director or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
