    We are seeking a skilled Sr. Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our organization and driving financial planning, analysis, budget, and reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    Budgeting and Forecasting

    • Develop and manage budgets for operational expenses, and capital expenditures
    • Collaborate with department heads to create accurate forecasts
    • Monitor actual financial results against budgeted figures
    • Investigate and explain any significant deviations

    Financial Reporting and Analysis

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
    • Provide insights into financial performance, trends, and areas for improvement

    Leadership

    • Lead and provide guidance to analysts, ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
    • Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile financial data and with business intelligence team to enhance data-driven decision-making.
    • Create compelling presentations to communicate financial data and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

    Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
    • Proven experience in financial management roles.
    • At least 5 years of healthcare finance, budget, and accounting experience.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
    • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial information to senior executives.
    • Knowledge of healthcare operations.
