I assume a leadership role in guiding product managers and management teams to collectively nurture, enhance, and take ownership of the evolution of the product portfolio. This empowerment of our customers establishes closer relationships with the company, enhancing customer service and transforming it into an evangelization tool.

My role involves unifying our Product Management teams and customers through a cutting-edge portfolio that remains at the forefront of technology and leads the market. I bring a diverse skill set encompassing multiple technologies, backed by real-world experience gained from collaborating with various Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, as well as the public sector.

I'm Dmitry, a globally recognized technology leader, boasting a proven track record highlighted by my five CCIE certifications – a feat achieved by only a select few in the industry. Furthermore, I have authored several books in the technology domain, bringing my extensive expertise to nuPSYS not just as a highly trained specialist but also as a leader responsible for the technological development of our staff and the design of applications.

My involvement with nuPSYS extends to setting the direction for the company, and I play a significant role in creating an intuitive and compelling user experience. Prior to joining nuPSYS, I dedicated 12 years to Cisco, where I honed my skills and expertise in networking protocols, effectively isolating and resolving highly complex issues. In my capacity as a Senior Network Architect, I emerged as a leader in team building and the thought leadership process. My teams contributed to generating over a billion dollars in worldwide revenue for Cisco, while supporting nearly 200 networks for large enterprise and service provider clients. Over the years, I have been a speaker at Cisco Live, sharing insights on Cisco's technological advancements and earning the respect of my industry peers.

Before my tenure at Cisco, I worked at KPMG Consulting as a Senior Network Architect. As part of one of the world's largest technology consulting firms, I provided support for the most intricate designs and served as a technical advisor for all service provider and enterprise projects involving Cisco products. At that time, I was one of the youngest CCIEs globally, demonstrating my exceptional aptitude and dedication to the field.
