In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial aspects while delivering a white-glove experience to our customers.

You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while ensuring financial objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

Visit customers (Post Sale) in person to provide personalized service and ensure their needs are met.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering financial insights and guidance tailored to their specific requirements.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Provide financial expertise to support sales efforts, including pricing strategies, ROI analysis, and proposal development.
When applicable, provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.
12 years of experience in finance, customer management, or a related field
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends
