- Respond to tasks from the Field Service and Technical Assistance teams to create Return Goods Authorizations to return Capital Equipment to the Manufacturing Plant.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify the origin of unknown returns received by the material handling team.
- Collaborate with other client sites to manage returned inventory.
- Participate and train in all necessary SAP initiatives and functional training related to expanding job requirements.
- Participate and train in all necessary GSMS Salesforce initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by submitting continuous improvement ideas and leading small projects to implement the ideas.
- Communicate and coordinate with Sales Support, Marketing, and Technical Assistance to aid in new product launches, integration, and sales programs.
- Mange customer owned cycle time by shipping back repaired customer units in a timely fashion and ensuring the timely return of loaner units.
- HS Diploma required - 2-4 year degree preferred.
