Home office: 3 days per week

Your main responsibilities

  • Desk/1st level support
  • Handling tickets with a high first resolution rate
  • Operating AD, UC, CRM, user support, MDM, etc.

Your qualifications

  • Several years of experience in support, ideally directly after completing education
  • Strong communication skills and user-oriented approach
  • C1-C2 level German, B2 level English
