Jim Coleman Automotive is a 3rd generation family-owned dealership. The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the Washington Metropolitan and Bethesda areas since the 1950s. Mr.

William Coleman, the founder of Coleman Automotive, had a vision of establishing a dealership with a higher level of class and a superior level of service.

He believed that Bethesda residents and Washingtonians alike possessed higher expectations of retailers and he was ahead of his time in striving to deliver a uniquely customer focused car buying experience.

ResponsibilitiesAn Automotive Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles.

Perform typical managerial duties, such as organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals.
Customer service skills must be excellent, and you're able to speak to anyone naturally.
