Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize performance
Lead sales team, set targets, and provide guidance and support to achieve goals
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth sales operations
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information

Experience:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing sales
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Experience in account management and business development
Fluency in Spanish is a plus

We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Pay:
$52, $100,000.00 per year
