Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize performance
- Lead sales team, set targets, and provide guidance and support to achieve goals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth sales operations
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing sales
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in account management and business development
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Pay:
$52, $100,000.00 per year
