    About Us:

    At Klein Roofing, we foster an environment ripe with opportunities for growth. We're currently on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager to enrich our expanding team. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend customer engagement with innovative product ideation, collaborating closely with our product development department. If you're a seasoned sales professional with a flair for product enhancement, team leadership, and thrive on forging connections with diverse customer bases, we want to hear from you

    Responsibilities:

    • Set and surpass new sales objectives
    • Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to a structured schedule
    • Arrange and conduct sales meetings
    • Outreach to a targeted number of prospective and existing clients within designated timeframes
    • Establish and manage a dedicated sales territory and sales team
    • Craft and execute compelling sales presentations
    • Skillfully negotiate contracts with clients
    • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to potential customers

    Qualifications:

    • Proven prowess in negotiation, evidenced by a track record of successful sales endeavors
    • Exceptional aptitude for customer service, essential for fostering enduring client relationships
    • Analytical acumen to discern market trends and capitalize on sales opportunities
    • Previous experience in outside sales, business development, and account management within the roofing industry required
    • Proficiency in B2B sales methodologies and marketing strategies
    • Familiarity with technology sales and adeptness with Salesforce platform is advantageous
    • Technical sales background is a plus
    • Fluency in Spanish is an asset for engaging with a diverse customer base

    Job Type: Full-time

    Compensation:

    • Competitive salary ranging from $77,440.00 to $91,577.00 annually

    Benefits:

    • Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend commitments
