    The opportunity

    Join Unity's dynamic team as a product marketing manager and contribute to our mission of expanding creative possibilities within real-time 3D development across industries, from manufacturing to retail to automotive. At Unity, we empower millions of creators worldwide with our cutting-edge technology and believe in making the world a better place by increasing the number of creators in it. In this pivotal role, you will help spearhead elements of our industry GTM strategy, enhancing our sales enablement resources and supporting digital campaigns and events.

    Reporting to the Senior Director of Industry PMM, we seek a proactive and highly communicative marketer. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and possess a positive outlook on tackling challenges. You will be critical in articulating Unity's value proposition and solving customer challenges through innovative industry solutions.

    What you'll be doing

    • Develop and refine persona-based marketing content that communicates the unique advantages of Unity's industry solutions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, product management, and campaigns—to craft compelling marketing materials that bolster our GTM efforts
    • Create content, such as customer presentations, videos, blog posts, and sales enablement tools, to support various marketing initiatives
    • Collecting data and insights, translating it into action through your work, and advising others

    • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans efficiently, maintaining focus amidst ambiguity
