Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience with marketing platforms.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience in ad tech/martech business, meeting quotas, and resolving agreements.
  • Experience building and managing highperforming sales teams, building collaboration and individual success.
  • Knowledge of DSPs, ad serving platforms, and site analytics tools, with the ability to articulate technical benefits to executive decisionmakers.
  • Ability to develop territory plans, identify key prospects, and execute accountbased strategies.
  • Ability to manage an established network within the advertising and marketing industry.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000-$228,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team, set and communicate team priorities, make decisions, and support activities that align with Google's values, build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple client leadership relationships.
  • Oversee the execution of joint business plan development, sales strategy development, pitching, customer relationship growth, and opportunity sizing.
  • Address challenges to define the customer data and technology strategy, enabling longerterm opportunities.
  • Build and influence crossorganizational collaborations to ensure that account planning decisions of teams are aligned with business objectives.
