    Description
    We are a new startup looking for recruiters who can help our clients get onboarded to our Applicant Tracking System, provide support, and help those customers get their own jobs and skills tests set up, and do interviews for them

    YOU SHOULD HAVE:
    A strong desire to help customers find the best possible applicants for their businesses.
    Prior experience with recruitment, sourcing, screening, hiring etc. International recruiting experience is a plusPassion for recruitment and human resourcesGreat interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skillsThe ability to stay highly organized with great attention to detailThe ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretionExcellent written and spoken EnglishThe availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PSTPassion to build a startupAn outgoing and friendly dispositionA reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable internet and power if working remotelyMotivation to grow a new business


    YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:
    Answering customer questions over email and the phone and live chat.

    Drafting and posting job adsReviewing resumes and screening candidatesScheduling interviews and skills tests by coordinating appointmentsConducting interviews with candidates either in person, over the phone, or through SkypeInputting, updating and maintaining data in the recruiting databaseConducting exit interviews in the event that an employee leaves the companyAssisting management with personnel issues and employee developmentAssisting management with organizing and coordinating employee training workshopsPlanning and executing company eventsProtecting operations by keeping human resource information confidentialProviding horizontal support to other staff members of the recruitment teamBuild a startup ATSRemote work optional - not dependant on pandemicApply for this job We require a skills test including video as part of our hiring process.
