    Lexion is hiring our first full time Recruiter

    This is an incredible opportunity to join Lexion and take pride and ownership for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent to support Lexions growth. This role will require a deep understanding of startup dynamics, technical and non-technical recruitment, and expertise with the Greenhouse applicant tracking system. If you love building relationships and solving the puzzle of pairing the best candidates with our internal hiring teams (and are a process optimization wizard), you may have just found your dream role

    In this role you will:

    • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions, including software and machine learning engineers, sales, marketing and G&A roles.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, develop effective sourcing and interview structure strategies, schedule interviews, and run debriefs.
    • Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Screen and interview candidates to assess their job and skills qualifications and values fit.
    • Manage candidate pipelines and provide a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Influence the optimization of Greenhouse applicant tracking system and associated structured hiring best practices.

    What we look for:

    • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a technical or startup environment.
    • Proven track record of hiring both technical and non-technical roles such as software engineers and sales roles.
    • Demonstrated expertise with the Greenhouse applicant tracking system, including configuration and optimization.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, hiring managers and candidates.
    • Excellent sourcing skills and the ability to engage passive candidates.
    • Results-oriented with a commitment to meeting hiring goals and deadlines.
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • Someone who is excited about the idea of collaborating in our Seattle office from time to time
