Responsibilities for Clinic Manager :
Provide exceptional quality patient care and education on benefits of patients maintaining their plan of care.
Recruit, hire and coordinate the training of new staff members.
Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals.
Act as a liaison between patients, their families and partner care staff.
Ensure proper and ethical functioning of clinic operations.
Establish and implement a structured clinic marketing plan.
Qualifications for Clinic Manager:
2+ years prior experience working in an outpatient clinical setting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions.
Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers.
