- Provide exceptional quality patient care and education on benefits of patients maintaining their plan of care.
- Recruit, hire and coordinate the training of new staff members.
- Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison between patients, their families and partner care staff.
- Ensure proper and ethical functioning of clinic operations.
- Establish and implement a structured clinic marketing plan.
- 2+ years prior experience working in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions.
- Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers.
- Patient Satisfaction Score: 99%; Net Promoter Score (NPS): 91 (Top 1% nationally in PT)
- Our therapists treat an average of 55 patients per week, with patients seeing the same therapist throughout their care journey.
- 60-minute initial evaluations.
- Annual allowance to explore continuing education topics.
