Clinical Manager
New England Medical Group provides integrative behavioral healthcare and addiction services. Our holistic approach seeks to bridge the gaps in services for people seeking medical and therapeutic professional support.
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Manager with a passion for helping people at our adolescent outpatient day treatment facility in Brookline, MA.
Position Overview:
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the management and quality assurance of all clinical services of the program, including the training and supervision of all clinical staff.
The Clinical Manager is a key leader on the Management Team and works closely with the Senior VP of Clinical Services to continually improve services and develop program offerings.
He/she will support compliance with fiscal, ethical and legal standards and the core values and mission of New England Medical Group.
This is a full-time position for a day treatment program (PHP/IOP/OP).Specific Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate all clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Manage ongoing compliance and record keeping of all clinical services with county, state and federal regulatory agencies
- Adhere to the required HIPAA and documentation requirements as identified by regulatory agencies
- Review treatment plans, case notes and written correspondence in order to verify that such documents meet county, state and federal agency standards
- Work with the Senior VP of Clinical Services to implement patient treatment plans that provide integrative and personalized care that are aligned with the mission and objectives of New England Medical Group.
- Maintain indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides daytoday performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions.
- Works closely with leadership and employees to build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Minimum Qualifications
- LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related Independent Licensure.
- 3 years of management and or supervisory experience in mental health care field.
- Clinical compliance, evaluation, solid organizational skills, and valuesbased leadership.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current federal and state employment laws and healthcare standards.
Salary:
$70, $85,000.00 per year
